And now for something completely different. We had a gorgeous barrel aged Brett Berliner Weisse sitting in barrel, and 100kg of amazing Kensington Pride mango puree to do something with. Our immediate thought was to put the mango into the beer, and boy are we glad we did!
Strong Kensington Pride (KP) mango aroma, with the brettanomyces integrating beautifully. On the palate, initial mango and sweetness gives way to a cleansing finish. – Boatrocker
