Join us for the Bluebonnet x Mr West Lunch as part of Pint of Origin. We bring you a four-course lunch with six matched beers on Saturday 13th May at 1pm.

Bluebonnet has created a special, one-off menu with a Canadian twist for this Saturday lunchtime feast. The lunch will consist of four courses including a snack, entree, main and dessert and will be paired with Collective Arts & Mountain Culture beers carefully selected by the team at Mr West—a total of 6 beers across the 4 courses. Tickets will be $115 and available to purchase through the Mr West website. The ticket price includes food with matched beer. We will be pouring our Collective Arts x Mountain Culture x Mr West collaboration beer Ransack The Multiverse and a Collective Arts Origin Of Darkness series Imperial Stouts.

About Bluebonnet Barbecue 🍖 🍗
Named after the state flower of Texas, Bluebonnet Barbecue is the passion project of chef Chris Terlikar, a Melbourne native who mastered the art of American Barbecue after a stint of training in the United States with renowned Pitmasters Tom Micklethwaite and Evan LeRoy.

Evolving from a pop-up to a food truck, to a permanent site, Bluebonnet Barbecue has lived multiple lives since its inception in 2013. From its first home in Collingwood to North Fitzroy and finally, its permanent site in Brunswick East, Bluebonnet has stayed true to its roots, bringing authentic Texas Barbecue to the people of Melbourne.

Their 100% wood-fired Ole Hickory Pit smoker, imported from the USA, can cook half a tonne of meat per day. The meats are all free-range, and supplied by Flinders + Co, Australia’s first fully carbon-neutral meat supplier.
