The Single Palenque range is a new creation from Luca Gargano, an unrivalled connoisseur of the Oaxaca region. Made with a combination of five different varieties of agave – Espadin, Mexicano, Madrecuishe, Bicuishe and Tepextate. This is a herbal mezcal with rich and smoke throughout the palate. Bottled by Italian indie bottler Velier for its Single Palenque series, this mezcal was made by Onofre Ortiz using a traditional Tahona to grind the agave.
