Sourced from specifically chosen cooler sites from across the Limestone Coast district by Keeda and Luke. A small portion of the ferment has a whole-berry component to give the wine a lovely aromatic lift. Aged for 8 months prior to bottling in a combination of tank and a smaller portion in seasoned barrel. Vegan friendly.
Cherry, raspberry and thyme. A hint of spice and earthy notes . Light-medium bodied with primary red fruits.
