Good Juice is our very own wine label. This one made in collaboration with Jono Koerner at Gullyview Estate. 100% Vermentino, direct pressed, spontaneous fermentation in old French oak then aged in steel on fine lees for 9 months. No fining or filtering, minimal sulphur added. Aromas of citrus blossom, grapefruit, subtle white pepper. Fresh & clean but with some lovely light limestone driven mineral texture. Zippy acidity, lemon curd, nashi pear and classic Vermentino salinity.
