Our kinda cult wine. We have held off on releasing this cuvee this vintage because we just believed that the blend of our premium fruit just could use just a bit more time to taste even more awesome. Sometimes you get lucky and we were right! It’s gotta be tasted to really make sense but I will try to enlighten. It is pink and so, so supple and mouth filling. A delight on the first sip. Strawberry springs to mind instantly. White flowers delicate ginger notes and playfully aromatic. I like mine with a slight chill or a cool cellar temperature. – Scintilla
