Pinot Gris From granite on Leanganook.
A saingée of white juice from skinsy Gris. Fermented in tank then aged in seasoned barriques for a couple of months.
Lovely pale and clear hue.
Lemon-curds and dill aromatically, heaps of citrus on the palate and littlecreamy texture. Nice subtle grip and clean dry finish. A good drink when you’ve just finished mowing the lawns, with a bowl of chips at the Pub or with some nice fish with butter and capers. – Little Reddie
