Handpicked then destemmed. Fermented on skins for 12 days, then pressed to old oak. 4 months on lees.
Brimming with excitable energy. Smashed lemons, lime pith, curry leaf, sunflower seeds and daisies. Chalky texture. Very floral. – Fin Wines
