The Grapefields Pink 2022 is predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with a dash of Pinot Noir, sourced from two sites in Mount Barker. The fruit was destemmed and left on skins for fermentation before it was pressed to stainless steel for a wee rest before being blended and bottled.
It’s summery and refreshing, with characteristics of guava and grapefruit, along with a herbal undercurrent. – Express Winemakers
