Very low yield as vine heads where cut off to transition from spur to cane. De-stemmed to open topped fermenter. Pressed to old oak and left to rest. Racked off lees twice. Wine blended and bottled mid spring.

D5V12 sparkling clone. Reveals a dark inky colour with some maceration.
550 metres above sea level, protected by winds around, SE facing and cool nights.
Clay soils, white quartz and schist. Dark brooding plum fruit. forest floor earthy gentle balanced tannins and acidity. – Scintilla Wines
