Each parcel was direct pressed. Cherryville Chardonnay and Forest Range Gris were co fermented in barrel.
Top Range Chardonnay fermented in tank then racked to barrel. Wine blended and bottled late spring.

An ode to past picking for natural acidity. As the name suggests
driven by some racy acidity. The 96 and 75 clone bring golden delicious fruit to fill the mid
palate. Cherryville Chardonnay adds a tensile white quartz acidity. Forest Range Gris adds some crunchy waxy green apple texture. – Scintilla Wines
