The latest instalment from Good Juice! Fruit from Dash Farms vineyards grown on granite soils at the foothills of Leanganook (Mount Alexander) on Dja Dja Wurrung country. Pinot Gris was direct pressed and blended with a small portion of skin contact Riesling. Wild yeast fermented in tank. No fining or filtering and no additions other than minimal sulphites.
Green apple acidity, lemon zest, apple crumble, sweet spice and a rich nutty undertone make this a perfect white wine for all seasons.
