Good Juice is our very own wine label. Fresh, easy drinking lo-fi wines made with spontaneous fermentation and no adds other than minimal sulphur at bottling when necessary.
This Pet Nat is made with Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from 50+ year old vines grown on red volcanic soils in the Upper Yarra Valley. Short maceration on skins then co-fermented in stainless steel before being bottled towards the end of primary fermentation to finish fermenting in bottle and produce its natural carbonation. No adds including SO2 in this one.
Bright red fruits up front, raspberry, pomegranate, a little spice, good acidity, fine fizz and a lovely dry finish before a secondary wave of fruit hits your lips with some watermelon dropping in to say hello! – Mr West
