Shiraz from Top Range, the highest reach of McLaren Vale. Heavy orange clay with an ironstone influence, a cooler block next to a dam and giant gum trees. Picked at full ripeness and direct pressed; bottled in March 2021 and rested 18 months on lees; hand riddled and hand disgorged. – Borachio
