Lucy M Vino Rosso 2020 vintage made with Merlot and Pinot. Carbonically fermented Merlot covered with Pinot for 10 days in a 2400L wooden barrel. The lees component is a collection of all of the lees from all of the wines and settled and the wine is assembled just before bottling. Anton’s wines are made on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. Lucy M wines are made from organically farmed grapes, picked early for lower alcohol and vinified with zero additives. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
