Lucy M Noir de Florette 2020 vintage is 100% Pinot Noir from a vineyard called The Deanery, in Piccadilly Valley, SA. The wine is carbonic macerated for 6 days in a 2400L wooden barrel. All of the free-run juice and light pressings are placed in a foudre to finish ferment and rest. Anton’s wines are made on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. Lucy M wines are made from organically farmed grapes, picked early for lower alcohol and vinified with zero additives. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
