Nebbiolo Infested Zone is a collaboration with our friends at Byrdi. It is a Nebbiolo dominated rosé, with a dash of Pinot Gris. Grown in Tabilk, in the Goulburn Valley. Handpicked, foot stomped at the vineyard, then pressed after a long lunch and long drive back to the winery. Fermented in old oak and bottled after 2 months. Wild ferment. Park Wine Yeaaaaaah!
