Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Pinot Noir 11.9 % alc
All of the merlot and cabernets that we grow on our farm, picked on the same day and pressed together with a good slurp of vibrant pinot juice. A special wine for us. Tims personal favourite wine we have grown.
Like most of the 2019 collection- there are less than 50 cases of this wine made. We make this wine only when the season presents itself. Rosato was not made in 2018 or 2020. Merlot was more Mer-not in the 2020 harvest with flowering damage due to riding the heatwaves a little too early.
This wine is only available in Australia. Bottled under unbleached natural cork.
