Betty Bulles is a lively and delicious pet nat. Our first glass of this wonderful sparkling wine was quite thrilling with the depth of flavour and the purity of the wine being very satisfying. And it not your normal assembly of grapes for a pet nat. It is made from grapes sourced from other organic producers and the assemblage varies from year to year. Bety Bulles is sometimes red and sometimes white but always gulpable. At the moment we have the white 2019 Betty Bulles made predominantly with an assemblage of Molette and Chardonnay from Domaine Trichon in Bugey as well as a small amount of Alsace Sylvaner and Muscat from the Pyrénées. The wine was disgorged in January 2020. – Living Wines
