at the right moment. Hand disgorged at the beginning of Spring when the nights are still cold
Raspberries, black and red cherries, bright and youthful.
It’s a summer fruit bowl with a persistent bubble.
There is some residual, it shows itself in the form of luscious red fruits and strawberry jam as the wine warms up
So thoroughly enjoyable with lingering acidity that moves between the fruit layers.
