Un Air is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, all hand-picked and mostly de-stemmed, then fermented naturally in concrete. 2019 is an outstanding vintage for this wine, delivering a perfumed, bright and pure Grenache-led Côtes du Rhône. You can expect aromas and flavours of raspberry, star anise and thyme, a racy, jubey palate and a crisp, refreshing close, courtesy of the wine’s high-country origins.
