Domaine de Rapatel was created in 1905 by Gerard’s grandfather on an ancient monastery farm site. Today he only bottles wines he is proud of – wines that are complex, natural and alive. Wine without added yeast, sulphur or wood. Gerard also doesn’t care about fancy labels, wine trends, or bullshit. “Is it fashionable? No! But I’m not running a Coca-Cola factory.
