Fin Wines is a fermentation collective, based in the Yarra Valley, producing natural wines and ciders with an emphasis on drinkability and sustainability. They produce young, super drinkable wines using lo-fi methods.
2024 Cool Wine is a light bright red from the cool climate region of the Yarra Valley, Victoria. 100% handpicked pinot noir. Fermented in an open top fermenter where it is gently hand plunged over 8 days. Bottled and ready for consumption a mere 6 weeks after being picked.
