The vineyard from which Arianna Occhipinti sources her Grillo for the Santa Margherita SM is situated 490 metres above sea level and surrounded by pine and oak forests and a multitude of olive trees.
The wine it creates shows wonderful balance, citrus, spice, floral and mineral notes. After a short maceration of 48 hours, ferments spontaneously in concrete and oval Austrian oak barrel, in which it has aged for 12 months. A textural and finely structured Grillo.
