Relatively Red is the Yang side of Shiraz, juicy, savoury, long and complex texture with refreshing acidity.
A Good Intentions favourite, the Relatively Red has been with us since the very beginning.
Syrah hand-picked, carbonic macerated for a week. Whilst normally de-stemmed, we had a broken de-stemmer during vintage and so it was foot stomped and pressed as whole bunches. The result is this 2021 wine is still light yet crunchy, self-gleaming with balanced acidity, but with an element of complexity and fuller flavour as a result of pressing with the stems; a nice variation for this year’s wine.
