Alessandro makes these wines at Costadila’ and has this very small side project. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 20 days in old wooden barrels; then the re-fermentation in the bottle.. A great Pet Nat, with subtle bubbles and splendid aromas and flavours! The nose initially reaches the classic hints of yeast and bread crust, but then turns into tropical fruits.
