Partnering with a community of keepers in SE QLD, from Stanthorpe to Ipswich, we’ve fermented raw honey to bone dry, then back sweetened with more honey, apple juice and caramel. Brining those community fair vibes, full of playfulness and excitement.
Fruity confectionary on the nose first up, with some caramelised apple, sweet fruit and honey stewed pear vibes. The toffee adds a fuller, more sweet experience, but with a green apple acidity that keeps it balanced. – Working Title
