Our new La Concha West Coast IPA is inspired by the sun soaked western coast of the US, it’s golden in color and very tropically hopped with just enough bite.
The name was inspired by the La Concha Motel in Las Vegas, opened in 1961 and designed by one of the first prominent African American architects in the US, Paul Williams. The motel, with its large shell shaped lobby was an example of futurist architecture inspired by design movements in car culture, in turn drawing inspiration from the atomic age and space age – think like The Jetsons and 1960s roadside American Motels.
