Tim and Jack are experienced home brewers who have taken advantage of Westside Ale Works opening their doors to gypsy brewers. The King’s DDH hazy pale is the second batch they’ve released to market. A beer that is self-proclaimed over engineered shows the addition of T-90 BRU-1 hop pellets added to the mash. Followed by Citra, Incognito and Idaho 7 Cryo pellets added in at whirlpool to really pump up the aromatic qualities before then being double dry hopped with T-90 Citra, Galaxy and BRU-1 hops. This carefully researched and executed beer gives big tropical vibes with pineapple, passionfruit and citrus shining through an otherwise very smashable session beer.
