Our take on the age-old English tradition of combining oysters with stout. Oysters were originally added as a cheap form of protein and clarifying agent to beer, but people got a taste for the brine and depth of flavour they bring, so the tradition lives on! Brewed with hearty English malts and a good whack of fuggle hops creating a rich and silky base with flavours of dark chocolate, coffee and toast. The oysters, ocean water, and salt lift the roasty flavours to the next level adding a briney, savoury and pleasant mineral character found nowhere else. – The Mill Brewery
