Siider, which means Swiss cider, made from hand-picked Fricktaler apples. The apples grow on natural standard trees in the fields of our grandparents. In addition, we can harvest the fruits of friends and acquaintances. After the press, the apple juice ferments in old Burgundy barrels for a few months.
We do without additives, i.e. no sugar, no water, no colorings and no added carbon dioxide. Siider, that means 100 percent pure fermented apple juice. – Siider
