Plums and petals are two of our favourite things. Like all our ingredients, both are fleeting: transient yet punctual in their annual rhythms.
Ostara Lilac takes 3 years to make. We started with apples from 2020, added golden plums from 2021 and finally, foraged lilac from the spring of 2022 before bottling.
What’s it like?The blend presents itself with a punchy lilac nose, crisp plum acidity and soft stemmy tannins. Lilacs are truly the star here, their aroma and texture bolstered by the refreshing plum backbone.
