Smile With Your Eyes is a brand new Cali IPA, brewed with our pals from Hop Nation in Footscray, Melbourne. We’ve really gone on an exploration with this one to unlock some flavours not previously utilised in this style for either brewery. We’ve used an addition of Sabro Incognito in the whirlpool to pick up super tropical fruits, with Simcoe and Centennial in the dry hop for hits of orange, light pine and tangerine. The results are incredibly smooth, with a very clean palate that brings through waves of hop nectar. The bitterness is low for ultimate sessionability yet the body is full and smooth. This is a Cali for the ages.
