Bellini is a brand new Peach and Apricot Gose brewed as a tasty little treat for all our sour lovers out there, inspired by the Bellini cocktail. We’ve started with our house Gose base which provides a smooth body with acidic notes. We’ve added a peach and a touch of apricot to bring along some fun and fruity late summer vibes for y’all.
