Rich aroma, combining dry fruit notes, praliné, orange confit and finalizing with some tobacco notes. A very fresh, rich and velvety attack. Very persistent and complex finish. The Quinta do Vallado was aged in very old 600-litre oak casks and other old oak vats. Grapes varieties are Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Touriga Franca. The winemaker is Francisco Olazabal.
