We make Lind & Lime Gin at our Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, just half a mile from the site of our future whisky distillery. There were so many wild and wonderful gins out there, we decided to do something very simple and do it to perfection: create a benchmark London Dry Gin.
With Juniper front and centre, the crisp citrus of fresh lime peel and the gentle spice of pink peppercorns, Lind & Lime is beautifully balanced, intensely refreshing and the very definition of what a London Dry Gin should taste like.
