Palenqueros Espadin – Sierra Negra is produced by Don Baltazar Cruz Gomez at his palenque in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca. Don Balta has been producing for many years and has been bottled by several different exported brands. His signature flavor notes and texture seem to shine in each one of them. Palenqueros Mezcal is marketed as Single Palenque mezcal, meaning that it’s produced by a single mezcalero at a single distilling facility. The brand is a collaboration project between Tradición Chagoya.
