We tried producing an IPA for the market but it’s a difficult challenge to provide something that’s fresh and limited regularly. So we’ve created a new range where we get to experiment with hop driven beers that excite us. We’ve played around with New England styles of beer before but this one has had a lot of research and trial batches made before we were ready to brew it commercially. And we’re pumped with it! It has a lush tropical nose and soft bitterness that keeps you coming back for more. This is our new hop playground and we’re loving it.
