Belgian born brewers living on the gold coast, with a goal to share the rich Belgian beer culture, traditions and techniques with Australian beer drinkers. They’ve had a turn at doing some fun Belgian / Australian cross overs but we’re loving them for their true to tradition styles.
Sitting at 9.5% the Belgian style quad is a strong dark ale with plenty of fruity aromas. Delicately balanced between bitterness and sweetness providing a smooth, well-rounded chocolatey flavour, with a hint of burnt toffee.
