Les Trois Mousquerates was founded in 2004, they produced a pale and red. Twenty years later has seen them expand their range of beers to include some experimental wild ales alongside their more traditional brews. Importing this one directly ourselves through our side project Good Booze Distribution (RIP) means we get first dibs on all the best stuff.
Cuvée Vidal is a saison style beer fermented with naturally occurring yeast, it was fermented on Vidal grape marc (skins). Using waste and byproducts rejected by or not used in the wine making processes. It was finished with one year of ageing in oak barrels.
