Napoleone Cider Co today are 3rd and 4th generation members continuing on the care of the Napoleone family farm land. Carrying on the tradition since 1948. Hanpicked apples and pears are juiced on site and then, working with the Punt Road winemakers down the road, turned in to delicious ciders.
Louis Rosé cider is an aperitivo style apple cider. Hand-picked red apples from their Coldstream Orchards, cold crushed then pumped over Yarra Valley shiraz skins, followed by a two-week ferment in open top small pots and finally, pressed off the skins to cold settle. It’s aromatic and dry, with notes of amaro, ginger and juniper.
