We love Brettanomyces yeast – rustic, funky and super unique.
Wild Saison is one of the original Brett Saisons in package in Australia. It’s a Farmhouse Ale that has been fermented using our local, wild-caught strain of Brettanomyces wild yeast (found at our brewery) to give a more rustic & notable Farmhouse character.

MÉTHODE
In our House Style, the Wild Saison is open fermented with our house culture. It is then barrel-aged and dry-hopped to deliver the ultimate in farmhouse experience with an abundance of texture, citrus and freshness.
The beer is fully conditioned in can for a final fermentation and fine-bead carbonation using our unique strain of Brett.
TASTE
Pouring an orange hue, this Farmhouse Ale exhibits strong citrusy characters coupled with a dry and spicy finish. Consumed young, expect aromatic citrus hop character – with cellaring expect elevated barnyark funk, leather and forest floor.
