This beer pours the colour of cran-orange cocktail with a thin white head. Aromas of zesty orange and sweet cranberry with notes of tropical tamarind. Tart and refreshing with subtle notes of fruit on the pallet. Round soft mouthfeel from the salt addition in the kettle. Brewed with Pils and Vienna malt. Soured overnight in our kettle with lactobacillus, then boiled and fermented with American Ale yeast. New York State cranberries added during the fermentation along with tamarind purée and fresh orange zest. – Interboro Spirits & Ales
