Mixed Fermentation Sour Rye Ale.
Fermented and aged in 200L oak barrels.
We filled the barrels directly after we emptied them of our 2018 Kalash Imperial Stout.
Before the Kalash, the barrels had previously been filled with Bourbon from Woodford Reserve, Old Foresters and Jack Daniels.
Aged for 9 months in barrel, then blended in tank, before re-fermentation in 750ml bottles and kegs. (Producer’s notes)
