Up next in Garage Project Hapi Session series sees them teaming up with Santa Cruz based Humble Sea, brewing a big and juicy hazy TIPA. Brewed with US grown citra, Nelson Sauvin and a relatively new hop product called Hop Kief which is concentrated lupulin designed to be used after the boil for maximum hop intensity. ‘Foggy’ doesnt do it justice, with an impenitrable haze and a huge tropical-citrus smash character from the hop additions.
