In collaboration with our good friends Arron and Mark from Everyday Coffee, we set about selecting a coffee, and an infusion method, to complement a golden sour and best capture the essence of the coffee origin. The coffee notes never dominate, but builds with each sip. By the end of the glass the quality of the coffee comes to the fore. You won’t find a dark, roasty espresso profile here, more of a bright, rounded coffee aroma and flavour that lingers long after the beer has gone. – Future Mountain Brewing and Blending
