Casa Mariol Vermut Negre, a pioneering vermouth house, founded in 1945 outside Catalonia in North East Spain, where the Vaquer family has made wine for almost 100 years.
Macab-eu wine fermented with selected yeast at low temperature in stainless steel containers. Darkened with ripe green walnuts and macerated with spices and local herbs from Matarraña area. Aged through the traditional system of solera (aging and blending) for a maximum period in wood of 6 months.
BOUQUET
Herbal with notes of thyme and rosemary with reminiscences of spices like cinnamon. Nice bitterness on the finish with caramel notes.
TASTE
