The beers at Burnley Brewing are well looked after by head brewer Michael Stanzel, a Melburnian who spent eight years working and completing a Brewing and Malting apprenticeship in Germany. With the motto ‘German inspired, Melbourne brewed’ the brewery make everything from Helles Lagers and Marzens, to IPAs and Milk Stouts.
The classic Belgian strong-ale popularised by Trappist monks. Rounded malt flavour, firm bitterness and dry finish. This brew is aromatic with fruity, spicy notes, balanced by alcohol warmth.
