Ah the malty goodness of Marzen. We’re bringing lagers back and this fat Bonehead brings it with a twist. About 400 years ago, Ze Bavarians brewed this malty, lightly hopped, summer swiller in their cold March, held off until June and then put away stein after stein as they barrelled down the sun-drenched autobahn (on horses?) plotting world beer domination. So after careful, consideration (could malt work with maple?) and naming it after the OG of brewery hands; this fat Bonehead has all of those lovely malty, sweet biscuit flavours that drove Ze Bavarians mad, but backs it up with a maple finish that would make even the fattest of dogs proud. – Bonehead Brewing.
