Feliz Navidad! It’s that time of year, and what better way to celebrate than with a bottle of Christmas Gin!
We’ve taken our inspiration for this incredible gin from the streets of Mexico, inspired by the famous mole (molé) sauce. To help us in this quest for a truly unique and delicious Christmas Gin, we asked our good friends at Cartel Coffee to sling us some of the most amazing coffee beans from Panama, we sourced organic cacao nibs, and house fermented fresh Jalapeño peppers with lactic bacteria. Feliz Navidad is a festive gin displaying characters from Mexican cuisine alongside warm spices and botanicals.
